Athletic Connect comes out of one founder's years running a basketball program, and the conclusion any director reaches after enough seasons: the software sold to youth sports is not built to run a program end to end. Registration is one product, scheduling is another, payments are a third, and spreadsheets tie everything together. Copying and pasting, reconciling across systems, and remembering where everything goes all fall on the humans who make programs run.
